Updates on Covid in preparation for summer 2021

Additional Protocols

We will monitor and communicate with local, state, and national health organizations to inform our safety protocols for summer 2021. Based on current guidelines we are preparing to move forward with the following safety measures:

  • Testing prior to arrival at camp
  • Daily temperature checks and symptom screening
  • Hand washing will increase throughout camp including before meals and each time a camper enters the cabin
  • Sanitizer will be used at all activity and group areas
  • Face coverings when social distancing is not possible
  • Staff exposure will be limited

These precautions are subject to change based on the most current information we have and we expect them to change some before the summer. This page will be updated as we adjust our protocols over the winter and spring. We hope that there will be a reliable vaccine in the near future but are not able to predict its availability. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are refundable before February 15th for any reason
  • Payments are refundable before their due dates
  • Please consider buying trip/program insurance to cover any unexpected sickness or injury, including Covid-19. Learn more here and see their FAQ here. Please note broadest coverages are only available if the plan is purchased within certain time frames. Purchase this insurance on the camper registration form or by calling if you have already registered. Insurance must be purchased before fianl payment is made for camp. If you rolled payments over from 2020 we can apply those credits at the due date.
  • If a camper tests positive for Covid-19 prior to camp or has a body temperature above 101 degrees on opening day, they are welcome to join camp when they have been cleared to do so based on regulations at that time.
